Partially-Owned by HCD Holdings Group of Hong Kong, Shenzhen Kang Sheng Bao Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. ("KSB"), established in June 2001 and the actual receipt capital RMB49,750,000, is a high-tech bio-technical company dedicating to research, manufacture and distribution of in vitro diagnostic kits.


HCD Holdings Group has been specialized in research and investment in medicine, biotechnical industry for over 20 years. In Hong Kong, Macao and China mainland, it possesses the dealerships of many products with international brand (such as drugs, medical devices, bio-products, diagnostic kits, scientific research instruments etc), and has business relations with more than 30 countries and regions.


At the beginning of company establishment in 2001, KSB rented a factory which was located in Liantang, Luohu District, Shenzhen. To enlarge the production capability, KSB moved to Da Yang Development Zone Sub-Zone II, Fu Yong, Bao An District, Shenzhen in July 2006. Now it has 4888 square meters in total. KSB has been built up a new GMP Cleaning Workshop and perfect quality management system with the highest level, under the guidance of GMP ,ISO13485 and in vitro diagnostic reagent production rules. In 2007, KSB was received the GMP certificate and the Medical Device Manufacturing Enterprise License and certified by TUV Germany as ISO13485 compliant for the new factory location.


Currently, KSB has many in vitro diagnostic reagents approved and registered by the China “State Food and Drug Administration”(SFDA) and CE marked products for oversea market. We also has many products going to obtain domestic registration, the CE certification, and we strive to launch the products into the market of China as well as international market early time.


Through worldwide connection and cooperation with its strategic partners and introduction of advanced technology in the world, our goals are to provide the innovating diagnostic kits with high quality and competitive price.
