【FIA Test Principle】

Fluorescence immunochromatography uses strip fiber chromatography material fixed with detection lines (coated antigen, T line) and quality control lines (anti-antibody, C line) as the stationary phase, and test liquid as the mobile phase. Fluorescently labeled antibodies or antigens are fixed on the connecting pad, and the analytes are moved on the chromatographic strip through capillary action.

For large molecular antigens (proteins, viruses, etc.) with multiple antigenic epitopes, a "sandwich" type double-antibody sandwich immunochromatography method is usually used, that is, under the action of mobile phase, the test object is first bound to the fluorescently labeled antibody, and when it reaches the detection line, it is bound to the coated antibody to form a "sandwich" type of double-antibody sandwich.
