VeriGoldTM C反应蛋白
The VeriGoldTM CRP Rapid Test is an in-vitro immunochromatographic assay for the quantitative detection of C-reactive protein in human whole blood, plasma, or serum. CRP is an acute-phase protein that increases in response to inflammation and is commonly used as a general marker of infection and inflammatory activity. The assay provides rapid and reliable results to support clinical evaluation in point-of-care and laboratory settings.
This test may assist healthcare professionals in the detection and monitoring of bacterial infections and in the assessment of inflammatory status. It may also support the evaluation of cardiovascular risk when interpreted in conjunction with other clinical and laboratory findings. The test is intended for professional use only in clinical laboratories, healthcare facilities, or physician offices.

| Sample Volume | Add 10 µL of serum or plasma sample or 20 µL of whole blood to 4 mL of dilution buffer. Apply 90 µL (approximately 3 drops) of the diluted sample to the test cassette. |
| Collection Method | Venous blood |
| Sample Stability | Stable for testing within 1 hour at room temperature (as validated) |
| Acceptable Anticoagulants | EDTA / Heparin / Citrate (as applicable) |
| Notes on Handling | Specimens should be collected and handled using standard laboratory procedures. Use fresh samples when possible and avoid hemolyzed, lipemic, or contaminated specimens. |
| Detection Method | Immunochromatography |
| Antibody Format | Monoclonal / sandwich |
| Signal Generation | Colloidal gold |
| Reading Method | Instrument-based |
| Mechanism | The assay is based on a sandwich immunochromatographic principle, in which C-reactive protein (CRP) present in the sample binds to specific labeled antibodies during lateral flow migration along the membrane. The resulting antigen–antibody complexes are captured by immobilized antibodies at the test line, producing a signal proportional to the CRP concentration in the specimen. |
