VeriGoldTM 前列腺特异性抗原
The VeriGoldTM Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) Rapid Test is a chromatographic immunoassay designed for the quantitative detection of total prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in human serum or plasma. Intended for professional in-vitro diagnostic use, the assay provides rapid and reliable PSA measurement in clinical laboratories, healthcare facilities, and physician offices. Its point-of-care format enables timely evaluation without the need for automated laboratory systems.
PSA testing is widely used as a screening and monitoring tool for the early detection and clinical management of prostate cancer in adult male patients. Elevated PSA levels may also be associated with benign prostate conditions; therefore, results should be interpreted together with patient history, clinical examination, and additional diagnostic procedures.

| Notes on Handling | Specimens should be collected and handled using standard laboratory procedures. Use fresh samples when possible and avoid hemolyzed, lipemic, or contaminated specimens. |
| Detection Method | Immunochromatography |
| Antibody Format | Monoclonal / sandwich |
| Signal Generation | Colloidal gold |
| Reading Method | Instrument-based |
| Mechanism | The assay is based on a sandwich chromatographic immunoassay principle, where free PSA present in the sample binds to labeled anti-fPSA antibodies during capillary migration through the membrane. The resulting antigen–antibody complexes are captured by immobilized antibodies in the test region, producing a measurable signal proportional to the free PSA concentration in the specimen. |
