VeriLumenTM C反应蛋白
The VeriLumenTM C反应蛋白 Rapid Test is an in-vitro fluorescence immunochromatography assay for the quantitative detection of C-reactive protein (CRP) in human whole blood, plasma, or serum. CRP is an acute-phase protein that increases in response to inflammation and is commonly used as a general marker of infection and inflammatory activity. The assay provides rapid and reliable results to support clinical evaluation in point-of-care and laboratory settings.
This test may assist healthcare professionals in the detection and monitoring of bacterial infections and in the assessment of inflammatory status. It may also support the evaluation of cardiovascular risk when interpreted in conjunction with other clinical and laboratory findings. The test is intended for professional use only in clinical laboratories, healthcare facilities, or physician offices.

| Notes on Handling | Specimens should be collected and handled using standard laboratory procedures. Use fresh samples when possible and avoid hemolyzed, lipemic, or contaminated specimens. |
| Detection Method | Quantitative fluorescence immunochromatography |
| Antibody Format | Monoclonal / sandwich |
| Signal Generation | Fluorescence signal (fluorescent-labeled immunochromatography) |
| Reading Method | Instrument-based |
| Mechanism | The assay is based on a fluorescence immunochromatographic sandwich principle, in which procalcitonin (CRP) present in the sample binds to specific fluorescently labeled antibodies during migration along the membrane by capillary action. The resulting antigen–antibody complexes are captured by immobilized antibodies at the test line, and the fluorescence signal intensity is measured and correlated with the CRP concentration in the specimen. |
