VeriGoldTM 促甲状腺激素
The VeriGoldTM TSH Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunoassay developed for the quantitative measurement of thyroid stimulating hormone in human serum or plasma. TSH is a highly sensitive marker of thyroid function and is widely used in the initial evaluation of thyroid disorders. Quantitative results may support the assessment of thyroid status and assist in the evaluation of primary or secondary thyroid dysfunction in conjunction with other clinical and laboratory findings.
This rapid assay provides numerical TSH values within minutes, enabling convenient monitoring of patients receiving thyroid hormone replacement or antithyroid therapy. It may also support follow-up of patients with conditions such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Graves’ disease, or post-thyroidectomy status in clinical and point-of-care settings.

| Mechanism | The assay is based on a sandwich chromatographic immunoassay principle, in which thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) in the sample binds to specific labeled antibodies during lateral flow migration along the membrane. The formed TSH–antibody complexes are captured by immobilized antibodies at the test line, producing a signal proportional to the TSH concentration in the specimen. |
